The journey continues…

The origins of BCT can be found in the Psychology of Personal Constructs (Kelly, 1955), which focused attention on the way people think. Here, a construct is defined as a bipolar dimension of thought that arises when a person views two events or objects as similar and dissimilar to a third.

Typically, a greater number of dimensions used by the individual reflects a more differentiated and complex comprehension of reality, judgments, and actions. Over the last two decades, the original concepts of BCT have been built upon to accommodate the dynamic changes of technological innovation and increase in information load on decision making.

The interplay of the principles of differentiation and integration as they relate to decision making in different contexts has been extensively studied, and the data obtained have helped develop several assessment and training paradigms to enhance meta-complex thinking in individuals, teams, and organizations.

We transform organizational culture into measurable performance through pioneering simulation technology built on cognitive science.
